I was sitting outside on TYO's balcony when I noticed a small pile of trash on the hill that this building lies at the base of. Over the course of ten minutes the flames spread rapidly and the whole small field in between many homes caught on fire. It was twenty minutes before one firefighter arrived in a small truck. 
Two small children and one boy tried to put out the massive fire with small buckets.
